Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns, as long as they meet the following criteria;

  1. Parts must be as new, unfitted condition. Parts that are marked, damaged or that have been fitted / used will not be eligible for return.
  2. Parts must be in original undamaged packaging, so care must be taken when unpacking deliveries in case of return.
  3. Parts for return must arrive with us within 14 days of receipt by customer.


All Electrical / Electronic components are not eligible for return -

We recommend that any returns are sufficiently protected / packaged correctly to ensure safe delivery to us.

Return postage/carriage is down to customer returning and is not refundable.

We recommend that you also use a recorded or signature required delivery service, as lost returns cannot

otherwise be refunded.

If in doubt please ask to avoid unnecessary costs - we can check to see if the part is correct for your vehicle before you buy.
