We are happy to accept returns, as long as they meet the following criteria;
- Parts must be as new, unfitted condition. Parts that are marked, damaged or that have been fitted / used will not be eligible for return.
- Parts must be in original undamaged packaging, so care must be taken when unpacking deliveries in case of return.
- Parts for return must arrive with us within 14 days of receipt by customer.
All Electrical / Electronic components are not eligible for return -
We recommend that any returns are sufficiently protected / packaged correctly to ensure safe delivery to us.
Return postage/carriage is down to customer returning and is not refundable.
We recommend that you also use a recorded or signature required delivery service, as lost returns cannot
otherwise be refunded.
If in doubt please ask to avoid unnecessary costs - we can check to see if the part is correct for your vehicle before you buy.
